Welcome to Torchwood Inverness. We hope you enjoy your visit.

This is a roleplay forum for everyone to join that are fans of Doctor Who and Torchwood. Unlike the Torchwood in Cardiff, Torchwood Inverness is a lot bigger, with many more members, of which we are looking for, and you can fill some of the many spots here at Torchwood Inverness. In the time that has passed, Torchwood Glasgow has died off, and Inverness has taken the leading post for Scotland and it's isles. It has smaller bases on the isles, but the main headquarters is based in Inverness.

Posting a biography is not compulsory, however it's advised should you wish your character to develop and flourish. A biography needs to be informative and to the point, unless you are wanting to create a detailed and well-structured one. Biographies need to tell your character's life and how they cope with day-to-day activities. It needs to tell us all the basics that there is about your character, but making sure you don't give to much away for your roleplays, so people can find out through roleplaying with you. Remember to post biographies OOC, as if you are writing it from a person looking inside (third person, past tense). When you post your biography post it with the following fields set out like so:
Field Information

Topic Title: [Last Name], [Title (Dr/Professor/Sir/Lady etc.) if applicable] [First Name]
Topic Description: [Profession]
Topic Tags: [first name] [last name]

Now, generally you can set out your character's biography how you see fit. But if you want a template to get you started, here is one that has been created. If you need any help contact a member of the site staff. When posting your biography please delete the guides in brackets, otherwise the moderators will come around and do it for you and tell you to read closely to the rules.

Your character's biography does not need to be approved for you to start roleplaying. But to be something you should apply in the forums where the applications can be found.
