Biography: Raiden is one of the lesser known Aesir. Like Thor he is almost completely cybernetic. Raiden is usually assigned to battles in Jutonheim. He is currently the leading general there while Thor is away. Raiden is a battle hardened soldier and over time has grown to respect his cybernetic enemies. Raiden has also begun to develop a sympathy for his foe's desire to become more human. Many of the other Aesir particularly after Loki's betrayal find this "sympathy" to be the seeds of betrayal.

Raiden is a skilled fighter and has a high endurance. He specializes in the use of swords.
