Whatever. The entire NBA's been taken over by thugs. Why anybody still watches that sport is beyond me.
Dude, that is kind of a broad generalization dont cha think? Just because people are black and have tatoos doesnt mean they are thugs. There are some, but there are a lot of quality guys too.
You can't deny the thuggish, criminal image both the NBA and NFL have taken on over the last several years. Dog fighting, murders, club shootings, brawls in the stands, and on and on and on. You tell me what it is.
The NFL is overrun with thugs? I think you're putting yourself ina corner you dont want to be in.

lol, i think i seen the most ignorant posts ever in this topic hahahah

but anyway im not saying dont blame mayo of course he knew getting highscreen tvsf were wrong. Im sure he knew spending 2300 dollars at a clothing store was wrong. Its mofos like guillory who hangout at JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL GAMES and try to make it good with players like mayo since they have no one else around them. All mayo thinks isits good will, he probably didnt see much wrong with it back when all this started.

I doubt USC gets anything by the way. Why should they??? They can always jsut deny they didnt know.

Im sure Mayo just flat out didnt care if it was wrong. He decided he didnt want to go to college when he was in the 7th grade and considered the #1 prospect in his class. Of course this was before the NBA put in the rule about the 1 year out of HS before draft eligible.

Im sure he thought that as long as he can get through the one year of college without getting busted he was home free. He knew he wasnt coming back for another year, so why would he care? He doesnt get in any trouble for any of this crap going down. It all falls between the cracks and he goes on to the pros and makes millions.

And apparently the rule is 6 credits per semester? are you kidding me that 1 and done rule does more harm then good.

If I was a player out HS i would be the most marketable college, take swimming and basketball as my courses. And call it a year in college

nah i replied to you saying mayo deserves part blame. I blame OJ and Guilllory if there was a percentage its 30/70.

I was referring to the thugs

Though, I really don’t blame OJ as much in this as Ron Guillory. OJ was just doing what a lot of very talented kids do when they become accustomed to getting plane tickets and clothes and shoes from AAU programs, which are funded by the shoe companies anyway. Are we really going to expect kids who grew up with nothing to know the difference? (It’s OK to take from this guy, but bad to take from that guy? (Come on.)

agree with troy completely
