I say 1. Yes it should be. It's really not difficult to get ahold of in all honesty, and I think by making it legal people wouldn't tend to abuse it as much. It stops being so "bad" Just my opinion though |

I don't think any of you guys want my opinion because it is not going to impartial one way or another, I can tell you that right now. As far as I am concern, marijuana is illegal and it needs to stay that way. PERIOD. Remember folks, I hear excuses such as "I didn't think a little weed would hurt me" to "I started with weed and ended up using coke and other drugs." Look at where these fools are now, doing time behind a prison wall because they did drugs including marijuana or they started with it which led to other drugs. Never in a million years will marijuana be legalized under any circumstance. At least not in my life time. |

You're going to be a million years old? If you're doing heroin or crack, you were going to do heroin or crack anyway. You just happened to come across some pot along the way. Nothing chemically about THC is going to give you a desire to start any kind of addicting opiates. As far as guys being behind bars just because they smoked pot, I don't see how that's relevant to this topic. If it was legal, they wouldn't be in prison. |

Well duh. If shooting someone and killing them was legal, they wouldn't be in prison either! Makes no sense to legalize it. |

? Shooting someone and killing them. Using a product that is less harmful to the human body, both physically and in terms of judgement, than alcohol or cigarettes. You're really comparing the two? This thread is about whether or not pot should be legalized. If your idea is that pot should theoretically be illegal because its illegal, I'm speechless. |
