Gents

We have secured a coach for the long trip to Newquay.

The first pickup point will be at Tesco on the Winnall roundabout just off the M3/A34. This will leave at 6:00am

The second pickup point will be at Asda in Andover. This will leave at 6:30am

The price for travel will be £25. This is good value and will assist the team to arrive fresh for a huge matchup so I urge everyone to travel on the coach [unless you are already enroute]. If this is heavily subscribed we will be able to reduce this figure.

The coaches will use this time to speak with players and help with their preparation.
Also jersey numbers can be assigned earlier.

The coach will be returning late in the evening. We have 2 drivers so there should be no mad rush - this will enable a timely food stop etc.

I will endeavour to get a DVD so we can watch the game from last year.............................

If possible and to ensure a place on the coach please bring monies with you to training Wednesday or have cash ready on the day.
Indicating a yes or no to travel via this forum would assist us greatly.

Many thanks, and heres looking to a strong 2010.

Our local Tesco has just put a notice in their car park that you can park free for two hours, but then they will issue a 70 pounds parking fine.

I think the train station might alright to park in..... but then its a bit of a mission to that tescos,
other than that it'll have to be a pay and display jobbie.

As far as I'm aware Tesco is a free car park as is Asda on a Sunday in Andover. The car park is huge !! Its a superstore not a Tesco Local. Failing that there is a Homebase across the road with a huge car park.

Last time we left 20+ cars in the rugby club who were not impressed at their busy period.
The coach also struggled to get into the rugby club so a roundabout directly off the M3 seems a logical choice.
