I still use nesh to mean it's cold as in 'it's a bit nesh out there'. Those Yorkshire folk are the wrong side of the pennines anyway |

Well yes they are the wrong side of the Pennines but since I married a Yorkshire lass and now live over there could you please send me some of your surplus water because my potatoes are only half the size they should be. According to my daughter it's not stopped raining back home for weeks. |

It's not their trousers that's tight James it's the fact they've got short arms and deep pockets much the same as yours. Or so I've been led to believe by others on here! But then again I'm not one to listen to idle gossip. |
