1. Most important thing is respect. If you are in this league and you can't respect your fellow members then you should go elsewhere.
2. Strong Activity is a must in a big league like this, if you are going away for a long period of time post in the
Going Away Thread. If your respective Team Owner starts to see you slip in your activity your job may be at risk. Your team can only get better with your attention to detail and if you don't show it expect to be packing your bags.
3. Is not to spam. If you are going to post, make a valid point, if not keep your tongue to yourself. In threads like waivers or unconfirmed trades do not post a meaningless comment. Certain places in the forum you will have to respect that it is not ok to post certain things. If you continue to post meaninless posts or rude comments then the XHSL staff will either give you a penalty pending on the issue.
4. When making Threads for your team make sure they follow the league template. If you choose not to, make sure that the one you use is legible. If the simmer is unable to read your lines, transactions or w/e it may be they will be left or get autoed. When sending pm's to PA's make sure you use the template for your offer or you will most likely not get a response or the PA will put your pm at the back of the list. If we continue to get improper pm's or have issues while processing we will contact you and have a chat.
5. Respect new members who join our league. TO's will hire a gm right for the job even if he is newer to the scene, that doesn't mean you should go out and try and take advantage of them. Everyone starts somewhere so help them along and try and help new members instead of discouraging them and ruining their rep.
6. Gm's should be aware that once they make a move it is final and you can't go back on what you agree upon. Whether it be a trade or a contract it is meant to be a deal by two groups and you are not aloud to go back on it. For trades once you accept a deal it is final. When signing a contract expect to be there for the whole tenure, it is very unlikely that your team will let you go after signing a deal unless you are fired and the TO agrees to release you. If you do not follow through with a contract your team has the choice to make your contract a "Dead Contract". A Dead contract is a GM no longer "with" the team, but remaining under contract because the team is not ready to use the funds to buy their contract out. If you are under dead contract, you cannot have another job, and likely will have a suspended account.
