We are currently designing and fine tuning an RP that is like no other we have seen. This is based around the dangerous lives of Criminals, whom are viewed as the good guys, and The Cops, who are viewed as the bad guys.

When you join, you can either join the police trying to stop the Mobs, or the Mobs and try to keep the boss and his business safe! If you advance far enough, and live long enough on either side, you could rank up. As a cop, you could eventually become an FBI Agent, while as a Mob member, you can rank all the way up to Mob Enforcer, and personal Guard ranks!

You gain stats by Ranking up. So For your Stats:

Basic Level-Seperate 10 Points into these areas

Str: -How Hard you hit.
Def: -How Much Damage you can take without getting hurt
Aim: -How well you are with Long Range Shots
Dex: -How Much You can Avoid, and Speed
Int: -How Often the Boss will ask You to Go on Missions

Health: (Dex + Def + Int) *2
Stamina: (Dex + Str + Int) *1.5
Everytime you level up, you get another 10 points.

In Depth Description of Battle Damage:

Battle: Your (Str + Int) - Their (Def + Int) = Health Lost
Long Distance Battle: Your (Str + Aim + Int) - Their (Def + Int) = Health Lost
To Avoid an Attack: Add Dexterity to your Defense. However, if You Avoid an attack you lose Stamina equal to your Dexterity.

Combos (S): Costs Stamina equal to your strength. Damage is doubled.
Combos (T): Team Mate helps you beat someone down, Stats are added together then calculate Battle

Weapons:
Police Baton: +2 to Strength
Base Ball Bat: +2 to Strength
Sling Shot: +2 to Aim, +2 To Strength
Hand Taser: -1 to Aim, +4 to Strength
Air Taser: +1 to Aim, +3 to Strength
Chain: +3 to Strength

Armor:
Cop Jacket: +2 to defense
Leather Jacket: +1 to Defense
Riot Gear: +5 To defense
Kevlar Jacket: +8 to Defense


If You Run out of Stamina, You can no longer avoid attacks.
If You Run out of Health, You are unconscious. If you are attacked while Unconscious you die.
In Battle, you can run away by paying Half of Your Total Stamina.

You do not heal right away after battle. You must report back to your Hideout or a Hospital before you can heal. Warning, if you report to the Hospital, the police are alerted. You cannot leave the Hospital before being questioned by a Police person of any rank. If you report to your base, you have to wait there for a full 24 hours before being fully healed.

Cadets Receive Baton and Cop Jacket, Thug Gets Bat and Leather Jacket. Weapons and Armor are only received through Staff Approval, which they can only give it to you based on your Post count and what the Admins suggest. You cannot pick up weapons/Armor in battle.
