Rules are apart of our every day lives whether you realize it or not. The laws that the government makes are rules of society. Cleaning your room before you invite a friend over is parental rules. Not wearing that sweater your grandmother made you for Christmas is a social rule. Essentially, rules are something that is necessary in all places. Some things might not require as many rules than others, but it is all necessary. We have our rules here to ensure all of our members safety. We construct our rules on simple things that have been problems on forums for years. Trolling, God Modding, and Expletives are a few common problems that we address in our rules. By just citing these examples, I can show to you why rules are important. By creating rules regarding these 3 common issues, we issue safety to our members by reducing any chances of conflicts between members. Conflicts can be anything from an argument to offensive language to another member. In reducing these conflicts we have happier members. With happier members comes a happier community! That is why we have rules. |
