Anyone who reads The Bible knows that weight training is not the path for the urban warrior. For a start, you need to learn to depend on yourself, not your equipment, secondly its much more funtional--the way soldiers have always trained. I kept hurting my shoulder doing bench presses. Now i train the warrior way and its FREE people. Get a copy of The Bible and follow the routine in there. |

screw benchin all ya need is pushups and handstand pushups. |

I hate to point this out, but there's evidence that pushups are WORSE for your rotator cuff than benches. This is becuase your arms and hands can move during the bench, and find a groove. They can't during pushups, they are fixed at a point on the floor. |
