Long ago, two large masses formed on opposite sides of the world, known as Hell's Gate and Heaven's Gate. Among its formation, all the stars began to disappear, and false stars were created. With these false stars, humans with special abilities known as Contractors began to arise. Each Contractor had its own power and its own star. The Contractors lived peacefully among the humans for what seem to be an eternity. But soon, the humans feared the Contractors would cause the end of the world.
