Will be working on this soon, got a copy of his NS history, which he wrote on the GRA forums. I'm probably looking to write this one alone, unless I think of a GRAer/FRAer who could contribute meaningfully to it.
NC's history Fine <_< Though i do hate doing this kind of thing.
As i have been told i must do this, then i shall comply and give you a brief history of my time in NS. Please note that my memory is shocking and as such there will be many, many things which i will have forgotten. Anyway, lets get to it shall we?
I am Northern Chittowa and have been playing the game since late 04/early 05. I am labelled as an ‘arsehole’ on the APD meter and perhaps that is somewhat accurate, yet i would consider myself to be simply a realist who gets things done. Now onto the things i have done within NS.
My first region was called Abyss, which was a prominent region back in the day and averaged around 160 nations most of the time (which was considered to be fairly small back then). During my time there i had many different positions most notably becoming deputy of the Foreign Affairs Committee early on before taking over as head of the FAC following the CtE of long term head Monadnock. I have held numerous other positions within the region as well, including being a high ranking member of the ARAF (the regional armed forces), commanding a squadron within the ARAF, political commentator and finally being promoted to Admin. This region sadly died towards the end of 2006.
Positions held within Abyss
Ambassador Deputy/Head of the Foreign Affairs Committee Commander within the ARAF Admin Member of the legislative council.
At the same time as i was involved in Abyss, i was for a short time located within the region of The Holy Land around January 2005. I was there for about 2 months before i moved on, however during that time i was appointed Head of Security, which basically involved checking out the details of newer members who came in, rather than actually running an army (THL was a small place back then, so had no need for an army).
Positions held in The Holy Land
Head of Security.
Soon after, i was offered the chance to join the Global Right Alliance which is where you will find me today. During my time in the GRA i have had many, many positions and have been involved in most of the political blowups that happen every once in a while. Rather than go into any kind of history, ill just list the positions i have held, well, those i can remember. Please note that these positions span a time period from 2005 to 2010.
Positions held in the Global Right Alliance
Admin Congressman President General Intel Minister Foreign Affairs Minister Ambassador Member of the Founder Control Board One of the original ‘Five Founding Fathers’ of the first rebuild in 2005
From around 2007 i was involved in the region A Federal Commonwealth Society during which time i became Admin and also deputy head of Intel. The region went through a sort of civil war in the middle of 2007 and as such i left.
Positions held in AFCS
Admin Deputy Head of Intel.
I have also been involved in a region called Genosha, where i held the post of Minister of Communications. I was involved there from 2007 till its death around a year later.
Positions held in Genosha
Minister of Communications. Member of the legislative council
Since early 2006 i have also been involved within the feeder region Lazarus. During my time there i have held various positions, most notably being Seneschal (second in command) to both Dezzland (2007-2008) and Gryfynn Somerset (2009-present). I have also served as Delegate of the region from early 2008 to early 2009. I decided to step down following an invasion by members of GB&I and TNI. This was because i could not guarantee the safety of the region, which was directly being targeted due to a defender being delegate.
Positions held in Lazarus Admin/Global Mod. Monarch (delegate) Seneschal (second in command) Minister of Communications Head of Security Member of the legislative council
During my time in NS i have also been involved in a few organisations.
From 2006 till its demise in 2007 i was a national member of ACCEL, the Alliance of Capitalists, Conservatives, and Economic Libertarians.I didn’t hold any major positions within this organisation however.
Positions held in ACCEL
N/A ________________
From late 2005 till its demise in late 2006 i was also a member of the defender alliance the Central Defense Army. It was a defender organisation of which the GRA was one of its first members. During my time there i was a Parliamentarian and an intel agent.
Positions held in the CDA
Intel Agent Parliamentarian.
______________
In 2007 i was involved with the Red Liberty Alliance until its demise in 2008. During that time i was a member of its central authoritative body, the Central Soviet.
Positions held in the RLA
Member of the Central Soviet __________
From 2006 to the present day i have been involved in the defender organisation the Founderless Regions Alliance. Indeed, with the help of Big Killer Babys and The Merlion, i helped to found the place. I have held most positions within the organization since its inception while i am also the creator of the Annual Defender Awards which shall be in its 5th year this coming February – I am also the proud owner of the Lifetime Achievement Award for Dedication to Defending which i won in 2008.
Positions held in the FRA
Admin One of the Founders Regional Representative of the GRA Arch Chancellor Minister of Communications Honorary General of the FRA Rangers
No doubt i have missed a fair amount, so i do apologise but my memory is not what it used to be, but i hope this helps the new people in this region get a brief idea of who i am.

OK, I think I'll divide the content of the resolution into 3 areas:
- Defending - founder of the FRA, Arch Chancellor several times, helped to set it up, and has assisted in 'guiding' it since. Less involved in running/participating in missions, but his contribution as a leader is vital. Set up the Defender Awards, and ran them for the first two years. Also defended as part of the GRA.
- Region builder - mainly in the GRA, where he's held several positions, is one of the founder, and root admin of the forums. As an ever-present, he has helped to ensure stability. Also worked within several other regions.
- Lazarus delegate for around a year, when the region was the smallest feeder in the game, and far harder to keep active.
However, I think the focus should be on personality - he's one of the few defenders who is equally respected (and liked) by invaders as by defenders. Additionally, his relinquishing of the Lazarus delegacy - because his presence there as a defender made it a constant target for invaders by the end of his reign, shows his selflessness.

Because of Rule IV, I also think it should be about personality.

Been a bit slack on this - I've had a busy week, but I've got 5 days off now. Once I've got Commend Ananke & Commend TSA in the queue, I'll concentrate on getting this written. I'm not sure I'll submit it straight away once its ready - I don't want to flood the WA with proposals authored by me - I'd rather the focus be on the nominee, not the author. I remember Todd had a similar problem at the start of the SC. If another worthwhile proposal appears, I'll try and help that get into the queue before this.

Busier than usual, hence the lack of progress. Might have to wait until Friday to start Same reason for the lack of progress with my section of the SC guide (rule-stuff).

The World Assembly,
*introductory clause which will be a bitch to write... maybe statement about WA's principles/what should be commended*
Noting that Northern Chittowa has been a key participant in Global Right Alliance, administrating their forums, and helping to keep the region stable and active,
Noting that Northern Chittowa was one of the founder nations of the Founderless Regions Alliance, and later served as Arch Chancellor of the alliance for 3 terms, comprising a total of 9 months,
Asserting that through these actions, Northern Chittowa has contributed significantly to the protection of founderless regions from the threat of invasion,
Recognising that Northern Chittowa was a leading member of Lazarus for a number of years, serving as delegate for five months in June 2008,
Impressed that Northern Chittowa put the interests of the region above prestige by stepping down as delegate upon realising that *his* presence as delegate was leading to the region being targeted be invaders,
*another clause or two explaining why NC warrants commendation*
Hereby Commends Northern Chittowa.
It's very much a work in progress still, so no need for comment at the moment. I've still got clauses to write, and will be thoroughly re-writing what I've already got, as it's not great - I just wanted to get something down, to encourage myself to put some proper effort into it.
Basic framework of the resolution is in place (GRA - FRA - Lazarus - conclusions), but may add a little more - other regions/foreign affairs/defender awards.

Yeah, that works. The 'his' was in asterisks, because I knew I had to replace it, but hadn't figured out what to replace it with.
