I didn't TG for it at all. I've asked AMOM if he wants me to let it go to vote or not because I never intended for it to actually reach quorum. |

I bet AMON TGed for it then - he was arrogant enough to write a self-commendation a week after turning up in the SC. |

Well, someone TGed for it. I doubt it was AMOM though because he's been occupied with the repeal. And I'm not sure a self-commendation is necessarily arrogant. I submitted a commendation of MSR a couple of times but it was definitely tongue in cheek. |

I'm sorry, where exactly is the problem? Does this proposal somehow not meet the Security Council's eminently high standards? Or are you just prickled because someone you personally don't like is being commended? And no, I did not telegram for this, but I think it's hilarious. |

No, I reckon it doesn't meet our standards - he's being commended on the basis of his national settings - you could change them so that it was commending any nation - thats hardly an "outstanding contribution" from AMON. Even if a proposal was written up recognising some actual achievements, I don't reckon he's done nearly enough to be commended. I don't deny that the resolution is funny, but I don't want to see it voted upon, as its a waste of time. |

It's no better or worse than anything else the SC has voted on, and for once it is commending a nation based upon its actual attributes as a nation, not raiding or defending or offsite activities. |
