Well its the resolution we all want cleared off the books, and its the new year, so we can probably start working on it. I think we should probably spend a few weeks on it, as the longer we wait before submitting, the better. I don't want to submit - someone else can have that pleasure, but I'll contribute to it. Anyhow, before we even draft, I suggest we consider the reasons for repealing it, as they're going to be key to getting a repeal passed. Here's some of them: -Relates to RL ideology, doesn't show how this relates to the region -Doesn't mention anything about actual region -Poorly written -Has acted as a recruitment tool for them - while a repeal would too, a successful one would end the issue -Author admits it was only submitted to annoy people |

We will have to telegram every delegate when we do this. And we need to work to get Aegara to support it early. Making quorum won't be hard. Getting people to vote for will be. We need every delegate vote we can get, and we need them early. I don't think we should say it condemned a RL ideology, because it didn't specify if it meant NS or RL nazism, so I think we have to assume it meant NS nazism as the other would be illegal. We should be sure to say like the others that players have the right to think whatever they want without hurting others. and the resolution doesn't explain why their thoughts were hurting anyone else. |

I suppose you have a point: recruitment for NE has been a bit slow lately, hasn't it? |

Hhhm...Me! Me! ![]() Kandy, Todd, and Aegara can all be talked into voting early for Repeal "Condemn NAZI EUROPE", thats what's different this time around. However, Alsted said he was going to vote against any repeal attempt for "Condemn NAZI EUROPE", and his votes could sway the vote back into the "AGAINST" courtyard. Okay, let me see if I can work some magic on Mother Superior. |

Okay, I have a tactical plan ... Its called a Unifuck™. Five proposers from this forums will submit their own repeals of NAZI EUROPE at nearly the same time, the best out of the five, mine of course (:P) will be the point-man, so I'll submit first (by ten minutes). However we'll all reach quorum, and sit in the queue. Causing a chain of repeals, if one or all of us fails. Muhuhuhuahah.... Let's do it !

If I were Kenny, I'd respond by submitting 5 more condemnations of Nazi Europe

Kenny wouldn't want anything with "NAZI EUROPE" in the title. |

He announced that he'd make an exception for repeals of Condemn Nazi Europe, because he was so fed up with them - perhaps a reason to wait until the GA/SC split is finalised before submitting, as we won't get angry GAers voting against because its holding up their resolutions? Also, I do see this repeal attempt as the 'last chance'. We should get it absolutely right - and if it still fails, then the subject shouldn't be considered until 2011 at the earliest. |

It can be our last attempt together then, I won't be giving up until it's repealed. I think we'll get it. And I have a little plan for Alsted. |
