Ah, but the fact is, this IS a personal matter. The region's rightful owner is your partner, Unibot. It's got nothing to do with the "natives." The whole thing is about retaliation. What do you lose by doing it? Well, let's just say you rile up a few more people that have been riled already with another rather unnecessary liberation, and you rile up the ones who are already rather riled a really ridiculous bit more. Was my 'r' usage there a bit... redundant? I liked the liberation of Utopia. I do not like the current liberation. I do not like this idea. Let's try to keep things a little professional, here, instead of just doing our friends some favors? |

Oh, and I just got a Mod warning for an aggressive telegram I sent to Environmental Rebels, He telegrammed me and was like "No, you can't vote against the proposal, you're the co-author!" |

Given that the most popular resolution in history (87% for) was a liberation, and that until now no liberation has ever failed, not a problem. Unibot has supported the liberation of small inactive regions before, it has nothing to do with the fact that this was his friends region. A small region's inactive naitives have the same rights to their region as a large active one. Now perhaps Uni cares more because he is friends with the region... But he would support it even if he wasn't. And I don't think we're going to rile anyone up. Well obviously the anti-scers, but they will rant and through a fit about anything and everything the SC does because they don't want to accept it exists. Edited by Topid, Dec 30 2009, 05:13 AM.

Well I told him to fuck off. So, yeah. Thats actionable. They're actually being pretty light on me,
Apparently I have a good reputation. Thats good to hear, but I still don't like being used. |

Alright - reasoning so far FOR this idea: Unibot says the natives want to be liberated, liberations never fail, and the WA resolution with the highest ratio of approval was a liberation (not going into the fact that quality is often a factor in the amount of approval a liberation receives...). I'm not seeing the logic in this. |

Ahhh, nice way of twisting that around there. You know exactly what I said, but I'll go along. You know that I said the reason to do this is the nations that have been in the community for years have a right to control the region. Raiders took that right away. We should side with justice and prevent the raiders from totally destroying the region. I said a possible reason to oppose this would be if there was something more important to do. There is not. So that is void. The part about liberations being popular, as you well know, was a response to your statement that if we do this we will turn people against liberations, and had nothing to do with this proposal. Meh. I've said much worse than that in TGs and lived to tell about it. Hell I've done worse than that on on the forums.
