Eh, just change it to "...1,000 percent in one year." Trying to remember which year would require me going back and actually reading that fossil fuel resolution and the accompanying debate, and I'd rather not relive such awful memories.

"...actions of such a harbinger of nefariousness are left uncriticized..." Actions are, not actions is. Trust me, I was an English major one semester. |

Definitely "are" - subject-verb agreement ftw. ![]() (It sounds better to you as "is" because it's closer to "harbinger", which is singular but not the subject.) |

I see. Yes it does make sense when you say it against "actions". |

IMO it looks too much like a joke proposal, and soon we'll have a new bunch of indignant ones up in arms about how these "Commendations and Condemnations clog up the voting system, making it harder for law-making resolutions to be voted upon" and how "The WA should have more serious issues at vote", while the proposal fails on the floor. I think all GA based SC proposals will read too much like a joke proposal :D. I'll wait till the system is separated before submitting this, unless there is a period of emptiness in the queue. The problem is when ever people think its safe to submit a C&C because the queue is fairly spare -- that's when a dozen password grabs outbreak, and there are three liberations behind you in queue (if that happens, in some circumstances, I'd consider asking for it to be deleted so a liberation could get priority). |

For a super-silly nation like Omigodtheykilledkenny, a "super-serious condemnation" would be the ultimate insult.
