To be honest I am not sure when the region was passworded. I will find that out. This is the link to the debate on the resolution to Liberate Democratia:

If you all could help me defend and gather support for this, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

I suggest you start re-drafting this proposal now - its likely to be the first at-vote resolution in living memory to be deleted, because its clear plagiarism: http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=26035 Max Barry Day was allowed, as it was just against the existing UN rules (breaking the 4th wall), but plagiarism (while technically not illegal for the SC) is pretty serious, and might get you warned by the mods.

Prevention of Terrorism was also plagiarism (of an RL treaty), but we had to keep it until it was repealed. The only actual passed resolutions they have deleted were game-mechanics violations, so, uhhh, Uni better watch out lest they delete "Liberate The Security Council" on the same grounds. :P

On SC#9:: No where does it actually demand game changes. It's just interpreted that way. :D

Is anyone surprised that there's already an attempt to repeal this? It seems the Security Council has to discuss everything at least twice, and usually in quick succession :(

Password gets put back on. Don't worry, the repeal won't get into the queue.

If it gets close, then telegram all the delegates who have approved it, to explain the situation, and asking them to remove their approval.

It needs 16 approvals in 17 hours - I suggest you start telegramming now, Joshua.
