OK, AD says that Democratia should be the priority, as there's actually a WA native there (Exilia and Colonies). I've contacted that nation to see if they're interested in a liberation. |

I've telegrammed all of the member regions and non-raider regions that the FRA has embassies with. Union of Democratic Republics is off the list, the only known native from there (JJ Place) isn't interested in having a liberation resolution. |
