Who else has seen this? I thought it was ehhhhhrghhhhh. It looks very nice, the music was incredible, as was the action scenes, but the plot was very predictable. You knew what was going to happen after you met the big bad military man. All they wanted to do was blow shit up, they mentioned something about a certain resource they wanted but it was all about blowing shit up. It was difficult to take seriously if all the big bad military man wanted to do was blow shit up. Not to mention the very unsubtle environmental message.

Omfg it's rly pretty though

I don't need luck. I have ammo!

It fails hard at everything besides special effects. I knew from the trailers that it would be that way, but the 3D was cool.

I think that the movie delivers.
I only expected the greatest visual movie I've so far experiences with a terribly boring story.

I received the expected visual effects and a clone of "dancing with wolves/Pocahontas" minus the great emotional build up minus a good soundtrack (Pocahontas).

The movie fails when it comes to surprising elements but mostly when it comes to touch the viewer emotionaly.
No matter who dies, no matter what somebody says it never is really worth remembering not is it simply touching.

However to see the world of Pandora in real-3D was worth every single cent I paid to see the movie.
IMO this is a typical cinema movie. Only there you really can enjoy the by far biggest strenght of the movie.

I doubt that I'll enjoy it on Blu Ray but in the end it really was for pretty much an unforgettable experience in our 3-D cinema.

If you enjoy visual effects, you will enjoy the movie. ;-)

I've seen this movie in 3D, and i loved it.
It was a real present for my eyes. The story was good, and I hope they will make more movies just like this one. It's still playing in cinemas here and that doesn't happen very often, i think.
