It seems like I hear about another business failing or that a bunch of jobs are going to be caught every day. I don't really know how hard our family's been hit by these problems, but it'd be impossible to say it's having zero impact on our lives. As we all know, it's not just the States. It's worldwide. fellow pirate researcher Posts: 42 Group: Member Member #73 Joined: 18 November 2008 Gender Male Country United States	(i can only speak on the U.S. end) thankfully, there are the safety net programs that were put in place at the end of the great depression that prevent this problem from becoming too bad. though one problem we have now is that we've outsourced all of our industrial jobs and by doing so have eliminated the only way politicians know of to turn the tide on economic downturns (war).

On a related note, I'm really feeling it. I might be losing one of my jobs because of the economy...and the fact some higher ups stole money from the company, but I won't go there
