Welcome to The RX Community, a friendly general community forum that had existed on the Internet since April 19th 2008, and your main admin here is CrashRX, with SpaceNinja the co-admin.

As a guest, you can only view the many threads and posts in the forum and that the Pirate Game Discussion, Pirate Game Reviews and YouTube Discussion sections are hidden. In order to make posts, interact with the members and view the hidden sections (which only requires 10 posts to make them appear), please register. It is completely free and only requires email verification so that you can activate your account after signing up.

After becoming a member, it's recommended to read the guidelines of the forum so you don't get into trouble, and also set up your account with an avatar and signature if you want to. It'd be generous if you become an active member so that it shows that you're actually part of this community who will interact with the members and make contributions to the discussions held here.

So to conclude this, sign up and I'll look forward seeing you, whoever it'll be :)

Oh god... look how empty it looks! And the Autumnea theme was used at the time, even though it didn't show up there.

To me, the Wayback Machine fails on too many accounts.
-Poor archiving of versions of sites, with images not loading and whatever scripts not loading/working.
-They provide dates to versions of the site, yet when you click on it, it says "Not in archive"
-Technical problems too many times
-Didn't even index some of the older, but better-known sites.
-Half what I look for turns up nothing.

It let me down too much.

But you have to understand that nothing can be 100% perfect, especially this.

Perhaps the so-called better-know site was, at that time, not as significant or known as it is today.
I finally had the chance to work on the site, so expect something less blunt in, say, a few months maybe (in time for the domain expiration, for sure!).

Although barely noticeable from this archive, Early 2000's of Sega's site were it's best times.

GameFAQs - 23rd December 1996

I'm surprised nobody did this one yet... and there is a huge contrast between the GameFAQs of the past and today.

EDIT: Here is the site again on 28th November 1999.

Compared with now, it didn't change that much.

I love The Wayback Machine. It's done wonders for seeing the past. :P
