An IRC Channel has been recently created by iniche. The channel is irc://irc.newnet.net/rx and you can use any IRC client to access the server and channel (not just mIRC). Alternatively, you can type in "/server irc.newnet.net" and then "/join #rx".

NOTE: Make sure you use the same username as in the forum so that everyone knows who you are :P
