Welcome to the new forums for TPG! Soon we'll have these forums filled with trade requests, discussions, help guides, and anything else we'd like to talk about.

I figured we could start of introducing ourselves, and getting to know one another.

My name is Andrew, and I'm a 4th year student of Biological Sciences at Rugters University. I've been on Ikariam for nearly 6 months now, and have really enjoyed myself. I'm currently working on a lot of great pillaging opportunities of inactive members in the 7X:7X area, and if anyone is looking for some tips, let me know.

My name is Johnny. I live in Kentucky, U.S.A. I am in the process of getting an advanced degree in Northern European history with the ultimate goal of becoming a professor one day. I have been playing this wonderfully addictive game for around 9 months.

I am incredibly lazy in this game, and also rather addicted. I don't do alot of pillaging, but I currently have 5 colonies and when I EVENTUALLY...grrr...get all of my GRs upgraded (just finishing the second one) I will start working on a 6th. =D

I am Jonnell. I attend Waynesburg university and have the special privilege of being the youngest person on campus. Which means I can't go out which means I play Ikariam instead. Waaay better choice anyways. 'Going out' usually equals drinking. I have been playing this game for around three months I think (maybe four?) and I am trying to build up my four colonies. Major in creative writing, double minor in philosophy and psychology. I too wish to be a professor and plan on going to grad school after this!

Hello All,

I've just joined the alliance this afternoon. I've been playing for around four months and am rather concerned how addicitive this fantastic game can be. I have three colonies and have just added gyrocopters and riflemen to my inventory. At the time of writing i'm a non-combatant peace loving individual, only time will tell i guess?!

I work in project management for a large multi national PLC in the defence sector, as you may have guessed by now i'm from the UK (Wales).

Hi, everyone. I'm Brandon, and I've been on Ikariam either 5 or 6 months. Anyway, I am a 1st year Biology Major in Florida. I have 5 cities in the game, so I'm self sufficient, yet I can always use more marble and crystal glass. I am a peaceful trader and have 4 cities on adjacent islands, but my 5th city I built a ways from my others to increase the scope of my market.

Hi all. I'm new to the group (as of today, I think?). I've been something of a lazy player - I really just log in to build up various things and shift wine around, but haven't done much as far as interacting and I have zero researchers working at the moment. I scoff at progress! As for myself, I'm a doctoral student in American Studies, and I also teach an undergraduate course. Married with two cats. :)

Anyhow, just wanted to say hello.
