Its not really windows mate its the printer, the last driver Epson released for it was to update it for XP SP2 and thats not far short of 5 years ago, for once i think we can blame company's like Epson wanting you to chuck the printer and buy a new one rather than Microsoft shafting you with a new Windows. |

That Epson CDprint driver specifically states W7 32bit and W7 64bit. It should work. |

That Epson CD print driver wouldnt even work in XP mate, it said no CD printer driver installed so it is for newer drivers than are available for the R300, it did give me an idea though and the oldest version of Print CD could get my hands (version 1.20 from 2003) on works in Windows 7 belive it or not. Its a little harder than normal cos you need to remember to select tray 2 to print to but thats about as complicated as it gets |

If it works - job done. Its no hassle selecting the tray is it. I would still use Gimp for your covers rather than the Epson thing if you can get it working. |

Gimp wouldnt do it, like with the epson one, no CD printer driver installed. Just tried it again and you have to select CD, Tray 2 and set the source to manual but at least it works and its not often i print a disc so its not a biggy |
