PSN game tag added to your profiles; this is how it works...

Posts: 4,406 Group: LMZF Moderator Member #250 Joined: May 21, 2008 PSN name potukxystus	you may have noticed I have a nice psn tag under my profile.. this is how it works.. for now its only available using the VOX theme as there was quite a lot of javascript and CSS coding involved to do it it only works with the official psn one, playfire etc WILL NOT WORK, so please don't ask me to change it. 1. create a portable psn id here http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/Network/LinkFAQ once you have completed that return to the forum and hover on 'preferences' on the top menu bar. select 'update profile' from the drop down menu at the bottom of your profile you will now see 'PSN name' simply type your PSN user name in thats it btw if anyone has problems doing it.. then PM me Edited by potukxystus, 20 Aug 2008, 04:18 PM.

It's not a problem, but it is confusing the board when you try to add your PSN ID in the box... @ Mark this is the error Gaz is getting... 'Title must be 20 characters or less. Error Code: 30053:5197' I guess Vox has a limit on the member titles? would it be easy to increase... either that or Gaz may like to change it :) BTW - Really nice piece of coding :twothumbs

I mean, you have your avatar, then your rank, then your PSN ID...and if entering one line of text, you have alot of empty space, which means alot more scrolling for long threads. Apart from that, great addition.
