Hi lads, here i am again asking for help as usual. My problem today is with EXCEL. I have tried using Microsoft Office Online but to no avail. My biggest problem is i have an idea but dont know how to perform such idea. So here goes, i have attached a spreadsheet to assist in the tale. I would like to fill in the info & use tab button to jump to each new box, What i dont want to do is waste time using the arrow keys to move around the spreadsheet. So hopefull someone can tell me how to set up the macros to enable the tab button to jumb in the numerical order as per attached file. Hope you can understand what i mean. Cheers Brett Edit: Hope you can understand a bit better with the use of some arrows. Edited by Littletruck, 19 Aug 2008, 05:24 PM.

I also love working macros and often create my own for work but im going on holiday tomorrow morning so may not get a chance to look at.... If you a beginner the easiest thing to do is to hit the record macro button then do what you want it to do on the spreadsheet then hit stop. Each time you hit the macro it will repeat what you did |

ok was in the middle of creating the macro but for all you need this for there is an easier option .... you right click on the cells you want it to move to and select format and uncheck the unlock box. Then protect the sheet .... so when you hit tab it moves to them no macros no hasstle ..... I can do it for you but i'll need to create a new sheet as your cells are currently uneditable |
