Deleted User	I have deleted over 20 files this morning which were over 1mb in size. the file size limit for uploading is supposed to be 200kb but some of the files I deleted were 5mb! please try to keep the size of the files to something sensible, especially in the case of photos/screenshots etc. 442 files on the forum @ a total of 51.47 MB before the deletion 467 files on the forum @ a total of 99.8mb thanks mark

Command Sergeant Major Posts: 366 Group: Golf Member #337 Joined: May 22, 2008 PSN name DENTY225	To resize a pic to upload for your avatar: Download the microsoft image resize tool: http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe When you've downloaded and installed it Right click on the image you want to use Click RESIZE PICTURES Click ADVANCED Click CUSTOM Enter 80 by 60 The programs will save a resized version of the picture which you can upload by going to: Profile then under the avatar control panel click upload and your done! Prestige level 7 Posts: 2,816 Group: X-Ray Member #286 Joined: May 22, 2008	Okey dokey, I think I might have to look at editing the winners banners down a bit height wise, so that it doesn't get stupidly tall if you win more than one comp. I'll also look at shrinking the height of the xray sig too. I agree Pot, the sigs are getting too much, and distracting from what people are saying. Maybe we should have a set size. The banners I have been doing are 468 wide, which is standard banner ad width, but they have been taller. I'll have a look at what might be a more sensible height for the sig banners.

The current sizes used by most are ok - even if they are wider, the ones that are tall are the ones that are causing the problem - especially on topics where multiple members from the same squad post on it edit-typo Edited by potukxystus, 28 May 2008, 05:16 PM.

Whoever made it can make it smaller. You don't really need one each, with your names on. We've just got a generic xray one we all use. That would save space.
