It has been a long time, so I cannot confirm the accuracy of these claims, but I suspect the ice cream I ate that day was vanilla flavoured, and coated with Milo. This is an enjoyable means to eating ice cream, although I suspect that I will always prefer cookies and cream ice cream to vanilla with Milo. One thing that I know I most certainly did not have in or with my ice cream was Smarties, even though I have a Johnnie Walker bottle full of them sitting in front of me. In a hypothetical sense, I would much prefer to put M&M's in my ice cream than Smarties, as M&M's have chocolate inside them, whereas Smarties just have more flavouring, and what appears to be some sort of vaguely edible gum. Now the meter says I have written an "Excellent Post!" and is no longer increasing in signs of fulfillment, therefore I shall cease this post. |

Upset stomachs are a sad story. Here's another sad story: Squats Sets x Reps x Load 1 x 10 x 20kg 1 x 5 x 60kg 1 x 3 x 100kg 1 x 3 x 105kg 1 x 3 x 110kg Tempo 2:0:1 Rest 3 min On its own, not much of a sad story (or story at all). The part that makes it a sad story is that today I wrote out 10 pages of the equivalent of the above, and I've got more of that to do. |
