We're going to New Jersey next. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Though it is kind of nice since I'm from Mass and my parents can easily come visit the grandson! I think I just really had my heart set on the Lackenheath assignement (England) and we had a really good shot at it. Both of our jobs had openings there. Oh well. On a side note, I can't believe how fast time is going...I've been in Oki almost 6 years, my dog is almost 2 and I'm already 32 weeks knocked up. Where is the time going? I hope NJ is as much fun as here. I'm going to miss it. I'm already sad knowing my time here is coming to an end... |

Not sure what's going to happen. Turns out the AF still thinks I'm going to move in November when still on maternity leave...yeah right! Granted I've never pushed anything the size of a watermelon out the you know, but I imagine moving international 3-4 weeks after (assuming he comes on time!) will feel good. We're requesting an extension so there is always the possibility we'll lose the assignment. I don't know how much I care. I'd love to be on the east coast, but I am REALLY flipping out about the what if they decline my extension thing...I threw the words family hardship in there, so we'll see. |
