Hangovers sux major. Still it was a fun night with much chatting and laughing. Today I'm taking my oldest sister for a treat at the coffee bar *drools* caaake *drools* my youngest sister is tagging along. Should be fun, my oldest sister is 52, my youngest is 33

Yesterday I squatted 110kg (240lbs) and then I felt all strong-like n such. Today I ran around for 2 hours playing kid's games, only to fall and injure my right shoulder. My rotator cuff did not appreciate it a great deal, in all honesty. In fact, my rotator cuff went "Oi, Ryan! Get some ice and put it on me right now!" |
