Mind you... some of it is extremely messed up. I write for an adult audience most days. My stuff can be dark. The rest is just plain weird.

Wow. That's a lot of stories. I'll read some later, but I'm really tired now. I can't wait though.

Did you send some of your stories to publishers? I'm sending a book that I wrote to a publisher in October.

I knew it was on that site! I just didn't know your screen name. Pheonix Wright? I love that game! I like LOTD and Gundam as well. There's a lot of anime/manga stories.

I didn't post all of my PW fanfiction there.

I have more here. Of course, that's not all of it. I wrote more for the kink meme, and I won't claim credit for some of those ones. I love the games too. I can't wait for GS5 (Gyakuten Kenji)!!

No, I wouldn't do the publish bit; too much hassle. Plus it's fanfiction, so I write for pleasure.

Mainly Fushigi Yuugi.

...wow... talk about a thread hijack! ^_^

I like writing too. For me, it's the best way to express your imagination and let your feelings out.

Writing is fun. I wanna try and be an author. I probably could be too, I've just got too many ideas so I can't really work on just one book at a time...

Reading too. Unlike TV, reading puts you in another world, and them setting feels real too. You're naturally putting yourself into the character's shoes and his situation(s). It's normal to have many ideas. First, just write your ideas on bibliography cards about certain aspects of a topic, unless it's an autobiography. That's what my book is.

I keep multiple doc files. I have each with a relevant title and divided into sub-folders because if I put all my writing in one folder, I would never find anything.

As for ideas. I like writing it out by hand. I keep two note pads on me in my bag and another one or two on my desk.

I'm slow at writing by hand. I type because I'm quicker, its neater, and the sound of the keys actually helps inspire me. I have no clue why but the "click" sometimes unblocks my worst writers block.

The hand written aspect covers when I'm away from the computer and I get a brainwave. The last time I hand wrote a story was over 11 years ago. I've had a computer for a hell of a long time. So, I've written using computer. Hell, one of the stories I uploaded to my ff.net account has chapters I wrote during my spare periods in high school using the computers in the lab and I never got kicked off because it looked like I was working.

Hey anyone seen the Mr. Bill skits on SNL? I find writing (by hand) actually more relaxing.

Like DE and Florin, I like using the computer for writing. Plus, for me, the publishers like stories typewritten on the computer. I can totally see why you don't send books to publishers. It takes years to get a book published. Anyways, I still love to write, because it gets my thoughts down.

I write for the pleasure. My audience likes a fandom and they crave more. Pro bono I fill that gap. The sex is my writing, the currency is praise.
