The Magical Leaf community is an multi-genre site that wants to house tons of long-term roleplayers. We hunt for fresh, new members to create the most diverse roleplay community. Have you ever had any of those roleplays that made you laugh/cry/scream/headdesk so much you can't seem to forget them? Or maybe one that was just amazing? Or painful to go through? Post the lot of 'em here. Also post any quotes you liked. Mine are all from Neopets... "What's that?" "Oh, nothing...just an old plot device of yours." An awesome quote, and also my Neopets signature. "Apparently, there's too much strife and trouble and blah in this world, so blowing it up should make everything better." Yami said this in that wonderfully sarcastic method of hers. Cyrus whipped out a piece of paper, and wrote a note on it. He then put it in his bag and whipped out a gray controller. All of a sudden, an Aerodactyl flew down from the rafters and landed on Mr. Nosy's head. It slapped it's tail on his ear and dropped the note into his lap. "Stop being so nosy." Heh, heh. Did this earlier today. Most entertaining post on the entire board, in my opinion. |

I really have had a lot of roleplays in my experience, and some of the best were just random ones with friends. Most of those made me laugh so hard because of randomness and the interesting things we'd do to make the roleplay continue. I never was able to get too far into a roleplay by one-on-one contacts, or the fast-paced nature of the Neoboards. But I have enjoyed roleplaying with specific people. Hm, now to think of it, I have a couple really good roleplays that have been going on for some years on and off, or that are very memorable because they changed my characters a lot. Don't have an interesting quote at the moment. Um, I'll find some in Google! "Ambition is a poor excuse for not having enough sense to be lazy." "Hard work pays off in the future, laziness pays off now." "I have a mind like a steel trap; it is rusty and illegal in 47 states." "If at first you don't succeed, cheat, repeat until caught, and then lie!" "Normal people worry me." "42.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot." Heh~ These could be good siggies. |

Probably my favorite role play was over neopets, and it was a Jedi x Bounty Hunter. It was probably the most amazing one ever. Sadly, the person got frozen, and never contacted me again. *is sad* I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I actually wrote it down as a kind of story. And I got da best quotes ever! I'll post them in a second. (Isn't my new signature the most amazingtasticul thing ever?) |

Double posting is a sin. x3 I hope those are from Mr. Teru Mikami. ;D -stabs the rest because they're Doctor Who quotes, probably- I know what looking for someone who got frozen is like. I lost someone, but found her again. It was pretty lucky - my most memorable roleplay to this day. It is the most amazing show about a 904 year old alien named the Doctor Who travels through time and space. Check it on wikopedia, I'm sure they will explain it more. |
