About The Magical Leaf.
The Magical Leaf community is an multi-genre site that wants to house tons of long-term roleplayers. We hunt for fresh, new members to create the most diverse roleplay community. It's the perfect haven for anyone to enjoy as many roleplays as they want with no character limit, an easy-to-use board, a pretty skin, their friends, or just relax and chat. Inspiration or writing skill assistance will be given to those who need help. There's tons of boards to quench anyone's thirst. For all chat purpose boards there is random chatting, artwork, posting your own stories, and more. You could virtually roleplay any kind of roleplay else your heart desires, even if no one has ever attempted it.

Staff on this forum are expected to be kind to everyone present, assist the best they can to questions, be honest and fairly active, hopefully have some experience on a variety of subjects, and keep the forum free of anything negative. Current staff will pick every staff member. Post anytime that you wish to be in one of the positions, as long as you are eligible. However, you may not be accepted right away until we require a new staff member, so you will be placed on our waiting list and PMed if you are accepted (look above if you wish to know who is on it). Perhaps we may not accept you at all, but that is rare. Then you are more than welcome to try out if you qualify. No one will become a staff member on the spot, and not everyone will become one. They have their own restrictions and responsibilities. It's key to have gained the current staff's trust and be accepted in a decent amount of time mostly poulating towards a couple weeks by acting properly of active and helpful process. Afterward if you succeed in doing so and become staff, you are an Artist and normally a Hawk Moderator unless we ask otherwise. If you are a Hawk Moderator you work your way up by your experience past Manager Moderator to Administer.

Read the following for the forms, and place them in Waiting Hopefully in this section when done. If you are not done, place them accordingly in Not Completed. Hopefully you'll accomplish getting to Accepted Staff Resumés. Include the form so there will be no confuse in which question is being asked, and make your answers as complete as possible.

No one will become a staff member on the spot, and not everyone will become one because of all the restrictions and responsibilities necessary. It's key to have gained the current staff's trust and provide an active, helpful process from the time you joined until you apply. We will choose the best candidates possible.

You may become an Artist if you want to do art for the site. If you wish do any monitoring, you normally first are a Hawk Moderator, unless we ask otherwise. If you are a Hawk Moderator you work your way up by your experience past Manager Moderator to Administer. Then there are the positions mostly anyone can grab as Advertiser for the board and Pokémon & Area Monitor. You can actually be a combination of different things (ex: Artist and Hawk Moderator), but your main position will be represented on your account

Anyone can be an advertiser. All it takes is posting our ads and banners on other sites and spreading the word about The Magical Leaf.

Job description:

Artists should expect to help draw pictures for the forum as ads and skins, and other sorts of pictures that relate and help the forum appear nicer. This can also count for people who are fluent in coding, graphics, HTML, CSS, paint programs, and such. Of course, you do not need all of these skills, but it would be pleasant to know some.

Job description:

some jobs you can do-

Core Ad & Affiliator -
Advertises for the site by posting ads and affiliation requests. Also adds their banners.

Ad & Affiliate Fixer -
Checks that regular ads are only posted by members, linking back sites are acceptable, and adds banners for affiliation requests.

Character Checker -
Checks to make sure that posted characters fit the standards of the board and form. Reads, moves, and tells people what they must correct in order for it to be accepted if it isn't the first time.

Artist -
Currently we need new artists to make new banners for the site to put on ads. We also need people to make ads, as well. But the most important is we need to find people who are very talented in CSS work (a graphics person), and get more skins.

Regular Board Scanner -
Checks the board for any irregular content and removes it.

Normally you will be helping with the required tasks of helping to solve problems, add anything needed, and help scan the forums for any irregular content. It's a strong position, and you may only audition to be a Hawk Moderator. You work your way up if you become one.

Job description:

Hawk Moderator:
These people are given limited powers and assigned only three roleplay boards of their choosing to mod. They are not able to accept characters or fake Pokémon. Cannot accept staff members or advertisers.

Manager Moderator:
These people are given more powers and can choose six roleplay boards of their choosing to mod. They are not able to accept characters, but may accept fake Pokémon. Cannot accept staff members or advertisers.

Administrator:
These people are given all powers and mod all roleplay boards. They are able to accept characters and fake Pokémon. Can accept staff members .or advertisers.

Side-jobs for each group:

News Director -
Helps post news and WASs on the site. HMs, MMs, and Admin.

Everyone in these three spots will help with the required tasks of helping to solve problems, add anything needed, and help scan the forums for any irregular content. You may also be inside the roleplay boards and make Pokémon appear, or roleplay the personnel of Moon Forest. You will be assigned to certain boards and you may ask for certain ones, but we decide which ones you are placed on. It's a strong position, and you may only audition to be a Hawk Moderator.
