“The world’s ours.... in the beginning of this story and in the end”  Links:: -Home -Plot -Breeds List -Alchemy -Forum Encyclopedia -Canon Characters -{Advertise} This story begins thousands of years ago... In the story that tells the birth of our planet, it is said that the first beings to walk along the face of the earth was Adam, the first man, and Eve, the first woman. But, what was untold, was that they weren't the only ones. While Adam and Eve were the first humans. There was also the rising of the vampires and the lycans. The first vampires being Vince and Sia. The vampires were known as the stalkers of the night and the blood on the tips of fangs. The first lycans were Kiba and Evet. The lycans were known as the monsters of the night and the howls that beckon you to your doom. Humans were no more than their prey. From the beginning of time, Vampires and Lycans lived with the humans in various ways. The vampires who could live amongst them became travelers that preyed in one town, then carried on. Vampires who could not live in the light made secret lives for themselves in the darkness. Some lycans lived with humans as pets, to prey on them later on. Either way, the vampires and lycans made happy lives feasting off the humans. Of course, in those days vampires and lycans were sworn to keep each other's secret. However, they've never been close in nature. These ways of the three breeds continued on for thousands of years. One important factor that made the first vampires and lycans different than their children was the fact that these four beings were immortal. Unlike the rest, these four simply could not die. Because of this, they were placed as king and queen over their brothern. Kiba and Evet ruled as a couple, being in love. However, the effection between Vince and Sia was very different. To put it simple, the two nearly hated each other. Today, they rule on separate sides of the world, only coming together when the situation calls for it; when their people are in danger. Nowadays, in the present, things are taking very strange turns. Over the years, Lycans have kept strong and proud, managing to keep their secret well away from the humans, no matter what the costs may be. Unfortunetly, vampires haven't had that luck. While there are humans that know of lycans, there are more humans that know about the vampires. They may still be well hidden, but it is more common for there to be a vampire hunter, than a lycan hunter. Because of this, vampires have become more vunerable and have had a harder time living with the humans. About a year ago, Kiba and Evet vanished from their home, without a trace. No one seems to have any idea of where they could be. Not one lycan can smell them and track them down. They have vanished completely. Without much more to go by, some of the lycans are blaming the vampires for this. Because of their new found hate, vampires and lycans have begun fighting more and more. While the vampires have no idea as to where the king and queen have gone. But while the lycans are missing their king and queen, vampires are facing more than just the hunters. It seems that new forces are attacking vampires and killing them. When these victims are found, they are drained of their blood completely with a large, long gash across their neck. However, they have yet to discover the cause of these kills.... “Time can never mend The careless whispers of a good friend To the heart and mind Ignorance is kind And there's no comfort in the truth Pain is all you'll find I'm never gonna dance again Cause guilty feet have got no rhythm Though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool I should have known better than to cheat a friend And waste the chance that I'd been given So I'm never gonna dance again The way I danced with you” |
