Picture: Full Name: Crescendo Nicknames: Crest Race: Shapeshifter (So why does he have a picture if he's a shapeshifter...? I guess that's his standard form) Genres: Fantasy Age: Around 40, which is young adulthood for him Gender: Male Birthday: August 4th Sexuality: I'm not sure if he's capable of love. xD But he's gay. Boyfriend/Girlfriend: *pokes above* Talents, Hobbies, and Interests: Well... his talent would be his shapeshifting, as he can take pretty much any form he'd like His hobbies would be grumbling and trying to avoid company. Likes and Dislikes: Likes being on his own, being uninjured, freedom; dislikes annoying people, getting hurt, his flaw Physical Appearance: Since he's a shapeshifter, he can look like anything. xD But the form he's most often in is the one pictured above. Personality: Crescendo is a grump, pretty much. He generally doesn't like anyone. He's very apathetic and even more cynical. He's down-to-earth, logical, and pessimistic. He's the type of person who might be accused of having no heart, and it's true that he is extremely unlikely to show compassion or empathy. He does have a temper that flares up sometimes, but most of the time his sarcasm is all he needs. He's not afraid to be extremely rude and insulting. If you hurt him, even the slightest scratch, you're on his vendetta list. History/Background: Crescendo was a marvel when he was born. Most shapeshifters of his species could only assume a few forms, but his shifting seemed to have no limit. He was hailed as a hero among their tribe, if not as a god, and his early life was lived in bliss. This all changed, however, on the day he nearly killed himself. It was discovered that his shifting did have one limit: any wounds that he had when he shifted became worse, far worse. What started out as a scratch became a long cut, then a deep slash, and then something life threatening. No longer was he a miracle or hero; now he was just some freak of nature. He left the tribe at a young age, therefore, to live his existence alone. People were a risk, for they could hurt you - and for Crescendo, to be hurt was to be trapped. If he were hurt, he couldn't risk shifting. And if he were hurt and something bad were to happen, if he needed to escape... well, he might easily end up dead.
