Standard LC rules: Lv. 5 or under Pokemon only. Only Pokemon allowed in Little Cup may be used (The Pokémon must have hatched from an egg, be able to evolve, and be the earliest evolution stage obtainable). Scyther, Yanma, Sneasel, Meditite, Tangela, and Clamperl with DeapSeaTooth are banned.
