One space short of a period in the subtitle. >_> After some thought, I decided to throw together a team for LC. That's all I have intro-wise. Here's the team. 220 HP, 244 AT Brave Levitate Rain Dance Stealth Rock Gyro Ball Earthquake C/P'd Bronzor lead. He's there to start Rain Dancing for the team. 236 HP, 228 SD Calm Volt Absorb Thunder Surf Ice Beam Confuse Ray Half STAB'd Boltbeam, Surf, and confusion. Not much to say. 52HP, 36DF, 188AT, 198SP Adamant Dry Skin Substitute Focus Punch Bullet Punch Poison Jab/Taunt Recovering off each sub the turn it's made (while in the rain) sounds very appealing. I'm not sure about the last slot. Neither options seem to fit very well. 196 SA, 236 SP, 78 DF Timid Swift Swim AncientPower Surf Ice Beam Rain Dance Omanyte functions as my secondary Rain Dancer and special sweeper. I've no item for him yet though. Maybe a choice item? 236 AT, 236 SP Adamant Swift Swim Return/Headbutt Rock Smash Aqua Jet Pursuit Hits everything in LC for at least neutral. I chose to forgo Waterfall in order to get some priority in my team. Headbutt is an option for the for slot due to its 30% flinch rate. It's probably not worth the 32 BP that I'd be missing out on over Return, but I'll let you guys decide. 236 AT, 192 SP, 36HP, 24 SD Jolly Insomnia Pluck Sucker Punch Pursuit Steel Wing I've read that Murkrow is nigh-broken, so I figured I'd put him on my team. Murkrow was just kind of slapped on my team, not unlike how Garchomp can be slapped on to most OU teams. Closing comments: -I'd like to fit in more priority moves, seeing as how I only have three. -I might need a third Rain Dancer. That would probably come from testing and not RMTing though. -I probably have too many water types and therefore redundant coverage. That's it. Thanks in advance for any help. By the way, what server does everyone play LC on Shoddy Battle for future reference? |

erm why would you forgo Waterfall on Buizel, since you will want that in the rain. Use Waterfall / Return / Aqua Jet / Brick Break or Pursuit. CB Murkrow is prone to getting outpredicted and stuck in Sucker Punch, so you will want Life Orb. If you do use CB, go with Drill Peck > Pluck so you're not limited to a low power move if the opponent decides not to attack. Life Orb on Omanyte and Hidden power grass or electric > ancient power. For Croagunk, go with Sub, Focus Punch, Sucker Punch and Poison Jab. Edit: lol 3 priority moves is more than enough Edited by Dixie, Jul 30 2008, 11:06 PM.
