Wooper won't wall you because you do neutral to it. Wailmer vs. Wailmer always ends with the faster one winning. Always. Or you could just lower another IV. Actually, running a 31/30/31/31/30/31 gives you [Grass] 70, still with Max speed. You lose a point of Sp. Atk, though. |

That IV spread is used in the Wailmer set that I posted, by the way. And it shouldn't end with the faster Wailmer winning, not when you've got the faster one attacking with Water Spout for NVE damage and the slower hitting SE with HP Grass. EDIT: Wait, this argument makes no sense. His EV spread is wrong (something we should've caught before). A missing IV can be replaced with 4 more EVs in a given stat, the only time in Little Cup where four EVs can make a point in a stat. By changing his spread to 36 HP/200 SpA/200 Spd (special defense cannot be included), he'll reach max speed and special attack. Or he could use superior spread [/joke]. Oh, I'm sorry. I misread. And it isn't even night yet. <--makes stupid mistakes at night
Did you read the analysis at all? lol Water Spout will seriously dent anything that doesn't resist it. When in the lower numbers, generally Wailmer with Water Spout will do slightly less % as it his in % to another standard Wailmer. So the faster one would win either way, although barely. And you lose a point of Sp. Atk using [HP] Grass, which actually hurts. |

I edited my post with correct information. And did YOU read the analysis at all? Wailmer is a Water-type pokemon, and therefore resists other Water type moves. Not to mention that either Hidden Power is going to take at least 50% off Wailmer, effectively halving WS's base power. |

Calm down, guys. Try and stay civil as I could easily see this veering off into hell. Wooper has Water Absorb, which shuts down Wailmer almost entirely without Hidden Power Grass. |
