Um...Not really sure how to start this off. I guess I'm new to Little Cup...and I've used teams that are the kinds that are just a little different. Mainly of the "UU" Pokemon in LC. So, here's my team at a glance:

Yes, I have some big weaknesses, but in the few battles I've had, they haven't done to much. Gastly causes problems, however, especially Scarfed variants that Doduo can't outspeed.

In depth:

Poliwag
Adamant
Water Absorb
Choice Scarf
118 HP/196 Atk/196 Spe
-Hypnosis
-Ice Ball
-Return
-Waterfall

This is what I call a "UU LC ScarfGar." In case you don't know, Poliwag has higher Attack than Special Attack, hence the physical moveset. Return+Waterfall hits everything in LC for neutral damage, at least, since there is no Empoleon in it. Ice Ball is just kind of helpful, and lets it be somewhat like ScarfChomp (being locked in to a move; not that it helps it at all). Hypnosis is the main point of interest since it allows it to outspeed things and sleep them.

Sandshrew
Adamant
Sand Veil
Oran Berry
38 HP/236 Atk/236 Def
-Earthquake
-Focus Punch
-Shadow Claw
-Swords Dance

The spread gives 18 Attack and Defense, which isn't too bad. I've pondered more defensive movesets, but haven't found one I really think would be useful. Everyone knows of the Ghost-Fighting type coverage, even if Focus Punch isn't the most reliable move. It is very powerful and helps hit opponents on the switch, while Earthquake is reliable STAB. Sandshrew has done the least for me so far, as it is difficult to find it a time to SD.

Lickitung
Modest (used to be Quiet but I got pissed after getting outsped by Clamperl repeatadly)
Own Tempo
Oran Berry
196 HP/156 Def/46 Spe/36 SpA/76 SpD
-Knock Off
-Surf
-Wish
-Wring Out

This Lickitung is a mix between defensive and special attacking. Once again, Water+Normal provides great type coverage, while Wish and Knock Off provide good support moves. The thing about being outsped by Clamperl meant that I couldn't Knock Off the DeapSeeTooth, allowing it to sweep quite a bit. Those Speed EVs allow it to be faster than neutral Clamperl and eliminate the threat.

Totodile
Adamant
Torrent
Salac Berry
236 Atk/ 22 Def/252 Spe
-Dragon Dance
-Return
-Substitute
-Waterfall

There's that Waterfall+Return combo again. The idea here is very simple and obvious, Substitute until the Salac activates and Dragon Dance on the way. By then, Return and Waterfall should do quite well with sweeping. 17 Attack unboosted is pretty good, IMO.

Turtwig
Careful
Overgrow
Oran Berry
212 Atk/62 Def/236 SpD
-Crunch
-Curse
-Superpower
-Razor Leaf

Yes, it is walled pretty well by Croagunk. I have to use Razor Leaf rather than Seed Bomb because Superpower+Seed Bomb are illegal, but I want decent coverage and a STAB move. I'm not sure how to change it, but I suppose Curse, Crunch, Seed Bomb, and Return/Leech Seed would be the other option. However, I want to stick with CurseTwig. I need some help here as well as with Sandshrew.

Doduo
Adamant
Early Bird
Choice Band
236 Atk/236 Spe
-Brave Bird
-Pursuit
-Quick Attack
-Return

CB Doduo hits pretty hard and does well in general. It has a pretty typical moveset for being...well...a Choice Flying/Normal type. It has good Speed and Attack, and those last 38 EVs don't really make a difference anywhere.

stop changing this

you could try and make sandshrew a sub-punching one and put substitute over swords dance.

you'll have a hard time using and making good use of wish in LC. I'd change it to something like thunderbolt for extra coverage.

you have kind of a staryu weakness. the only thing that can take a hit from it is lickitung. you could try a nasty plot croagunk, since your pokemon are mostly physical. nastly plot on the switch and then vacume wave it.

Normal-Water is a bit overrated unless something has STAB on the Normal move. It does get everything, but not a lot takes Super-Effective damage from it.

Forget Superpower on Turtwig. Razor Leaf is such a bad move that it's not worth using it just for Superpower access. Curse in general is bad in Little Cup since things hit so hard.

More coming.

You are highly physical. I am unsure if that really makes a difference, but I would throw some Special Pokemon in there over some of your sweepers.
