Lileep should be running Careful, it boosts Special Defense and lowers Special Attack, which you aren't using. It's far better than a neutral nature! Hippopotas should drop Slack Off for Crunch or Stone Edge. Slack Off is pretty poor in Little Cup when Hippo is being 2HKOed by nearly everything, haha. Crunch will let you hit Misdreavus and Gastly, but Stone Edge hits various other Pokemon except Bronzor. Speaking of Bronzor, how does this team really handle it? Trapinch can't do much and Bronzor can just switch, Lileep can't, Drifloon can't do diddly, Gligar can set up on it but it dies to the increasingly popular HP Ice Bronzor, and Krabby is faced with the fact the Bronzor can switch, and Krabby is pretty easily walled by the myriad of Mantyke, Chinchou, Paras, and Croagunk floating around. You could try using something like Scarf Houndour with various Hidden Powers for Mantyke etc over Drifloon or Trapinch, or just other stuff that you can probably think of. |

What exactly does Trapinch do for this team that Diglett can't? Trapinch is basically dead weight (besides the odd time trap + priority would help) with Stealth Rock on the field with its terrible speed. I think you should use a Life Orb Diglett over Trapinch. This will allow you to better take advantage of trapping various Pokemon that Trapinch can't, such as Chinchou, Croagunk (forced to not OHKO with priority), Magby, Ponyta, etc who outspeed Trapinch and not Diglett. Diglett (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Arena Trap EVs: 240 Atk/236 Spd Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def) - Earthquake - Hidden Power [Ice] - Sucker Punch - Shadow Claw --- Life Orb Diglett is severely under-rated, it helps you trap Munchlax with more health remaining, and gives your already Powerful Sucker Punch a much needed boost. Most importantly, it allows you to ALWAYS OHKO Gligar with HP Ice, while it doesn't without. Considering Stealth Rock will definitely be set up with your slow lead, the sash is basically useless. Also, how is Scarf Drifloon any better then Gastly? It is weaker, and you aren't using Unburden or anything "too" important. I simply suggest you switch to Gastly, as a Scarf set is much more effective with STAB Sludge Bomb, higher SpA, and higher Speed. I hope this helps. |

You don't seem ton understand the purpose of Gligar in his team. He uses SD Gar, whos purpose is to hit Gligar's bulkiar counters. Alot of bulkier Pokemon switch out after Gligar SDs, trying to get in a Pokemon safely by switching into a levitator/water absorber. U-Turn allows you to leave a huge dent in these Pokemon. |
