no, the extra point was added at the start. So max <stat> was already known but the fact that you can get a single point for base x4's for 12 evs and x3's for 4 evs is the new info. Also I plan to change around the bit near the start to get rid of things like "(a hypothetical Gabite)" which could confuse some people. Edited by eric the espeon, Aug 31 2008, 07:43 PM.
