Caterpie is too awesome for a full set. Between those two moves, it can cripple an opponent's sweeper AND hit them with a bone-tickling Tackle. There is really no need for any other moves, because only the odd Ghost/Rock/Steel/Pokemon can wall this set.

This thing is a total beast! Not even a Magikarp's Flail can OHKO it!
