Like in the RL World, Jobs are a neccessity. You can not live with out a source of income. Same goes here, you can not just expect to live, and not need money to do things. If you ever want to shop, eat out, own/rent a house, go to events etc etc, you will need money, as they all charge. Jobs are easy, and fun. Though, some are at times hard work, hence... you get paid to do them.
