TRADES WITH THE CPU ARE ALLOWED WITH COMMISSIONER & LEAGUE APPROVAL!!!! If you have a trade to submit, put it here and create a poll that all members can vote for or against. After a 24 hour window, if it passes through league approval, trade will be made by commissioner's hand ONLY.
