Their's no suggestion area here so i put this here.. Guy's you need to put an arcade and much more to encourage you members to posts.Since you are a resources boards try to put Sky Advertisement where forum can advertise and can register on your forum..You must find a SErvice staff,Global MOderator,Advertising team and any staff that surely will help you!! |

I've already got a Staff Search forum up so people can apply to become staff here. I've just now made an Advertising Team position, if you would like to apply for that. My progress trying to get qualified staff to join my board is not going very well. I'm not getting responses. I wonder what I'm doing wrong. Also, I'm working on making little advertisement sized banners for the sky ads and banner exposure forums. Hopefully I can get something going in the next few days or so. |

That's what I'm doing right now as we speak. Advertising straight away on Hireem, and trying to get the necessary post count on other forums so I can advertise there. I'm thinking of making an advertising forum for this site too. This way people can advertise their sites here and spread the word about this one even further hopefully. |

I have an affiliates section up in the submenu. It took a bit to learn how to put in affiliates, so I had to use a whole different web page from the maker to put it in. I'll get started on an advertising forum as soon as I can. Just something small, and it will need advertising and service staff. If any of you know how to advertise, don't hesitate to sign up for the ad team. |

I'd fix up the forum layout to make it more user friendly and eye appealing, and get some matching graphics for one specific theme for now. Until either you or one of your staff have the ability to produce quality matching graphics, I would request them for a specific forum theme and then move on every month or so.  And post around on other forums! Build up your rep as well as having your advert sig and people will generally start to take interest. If you do these things, it should work out. And a banner helps.  Oh yes, one more thing. There are plenty of ZB themes out there that aren't being used but are of high enough quality and all you need to get is a graphic set for that (again request or create) and you should be set. Just because it is released doesn't mean it is whored, don't be afraid to use the resources that are put out for you to use.

I think this forum is as user-friendly as it gets. Unless you want me to add more forums that could end up being useless for a board mainly based on the showing off of graphics and graphics resources. I suppose I could add a category on coding and skinning, but I have absolutely NO idea how to make either codes or themes/skins myself (and have very little patience learning how to, to boot). I have been on other forums trying to get my post count up. Some of these don't offer a reputation system, I'm afraid. And the reason I'm trying to get my post count up on other forums is because I have to in order to use their advertising services. I don't have any staff right now. Just me. I've been advertising everywhere I could that I needed staff on my forum, especially for positions on the Photoshop design team. I had a Sila theme with an awesome looking banner. I still have that banner hosted, but I had to trash the Sila theme because of the links on the submenu. They only take me back to the regular board, or to a non-existing board. And on the site I requested it from, I can only request designs every so often. I'll go on Hireem and request a banner for the skin I'm using now. The Frostee theme, I cheated my way through the banner to have something quick to use. I'll try to make another one of better quality that I can use for that theme. |

You could use more activity here as well! Keep initiating those Traffic Exchanges as they help and advertise at every board you come across. |
