IDK about going to Seca in 2011, or even 2012... but hell yeah in 2013, as DTM will be touring the US with Grand Am. :)

I'd rather see DTM in Germany.

And given the choice, I'd rather go to Montreal than Texas.

Texas is barely closer for you, if my mental map is accurate.

It's about the same distance either way for me, but of course I'd go to Montreal, they speak better English than Texans.

texas = cheap plain ticket and hotel.

do you need a passport to get into canada? if so, texas would be a lot easier/cheaper.

also, depending on the date i could catch a spurs home game, something ive onyl got to do once.

Would you see another Tilke snooze-a-thon, or Circuit Gilles Villeneuve?

Well for you, Jreed, I'm sure Texas would be a much cheaper plane ticket. Probably for any of the Americans here, except possibly Zero. And Snoman, I can't remember where he lives.

Montreal has plenty of cheap hotels though, and I think we only require Americans to have passports if you fly here, drivers and boaters can get by with a driver's license or military ID.

Oh, and Montreal has a much better race.

Because Texas is a Tilke Snore-o-drome. Whatever he touches generally sucks. At least Montreal was a track built with soul.

In other words, Korea sucks. That's what everyone who plays F1 2010 says. And it's the latest Tilke creation.

The reason Montreal would be assumed to be better than Texas is that it is a classic track. Texas' track is being designed by the same guy that has designed every new GP track over the past decade, China, Indy, Bahrain, Malaysia, Turkey, Abu Dhabi, and now Korea. They are all so similar that they are virtually interchangable, and not even Aussie V8 Supercars can put on an exciting race on them, as they have raced on the China, Bahrain and Abu Dhabi tracks.

But you are correct in saying it hasn't been built yet, so there is a chance, however slim a chance, that this track could be different and provide a good race. But that doesn't change the fact that most F1 experts consider Montreal to be among the two or three best races of the series.
