I'm not sure what kind of license this thing requires but I'm pretty sure the driver of the one I rode had no license at all.

Parts would probably sell for over 10 grand.

I think they're quite common in Caribbean touristy-type places. They are a little scary, and quite loud. A lot of fun though.

They make these in some Mennonite town about an hour from where I live, and they're trying to get them legalized for road use without insurance. An hour away by car, that is . . .
