Things I learned from the debate: 1. Cut taxes: this solves EVERYTHING! Deficit, unemployment and economy. Don’t mind the fact that we still have the tax cuts that Bush promise will grow the economy and create jobs from 10 years ago. :harhar: 2. They have no plan in cutting our dependency on oil. We have such an unlimited source of oil that this will forever sustain us. :rollonflr: 3. Their way of luring the manufacturing sector back to the US is to do number 1. It’s not that the cheap labor that the third world countries offer, it’s our the tax code full of loopholes that they did not like, not enough loopholes. 4. Saving the auto manufacturing was wrong, regardless of the outcome now. They should have gone to bankruptcy. 5. We should implement a voucher program for Medicare because the For Profit private sector will take ALL seniors regardless of the cost and effect on their bottom line because they care. 6. Get rid of the Healthcare Reform, because Obama got it passed. And everything was doing fine before the law passed. It’s okay for insurance company to increase premiums year after year, even if profits are thru the roof. It’s OK not to insure a person because of a pre-existing condition, cause this will just dent the profits. :bg: 7. Get rid of the New Financial reform. It was NOT the lack of regulation that created the financial meltdown; it was just a "cycle". Banks can regulate themselves. :rolleyes2: 8. Get rid of the EPA. It’s just another regulatory body that stymies job creation. ALL companies care about the air we breathe and water we drink. Scr3w the environment! :crap: 9. Get rid of the FDA. Another regulatory body that stymies job creation, scr3w food and drug safety, the industries can regulate themselves. :darkside: 10. Leave the states alone, they know what’s best for them. If they want to teach creationism, let them, they know better, we do not need standards. If a natural disaster strikes, leave the states alone, they will manage. :lies: YUP! We're in deep deep trouble. |
