What natural foods, herbs, minerals, and nutrients do you know that cure or alleviate the effects of certain diseases?
Let me start:
Some people will have good response with aloe vera gel. Eating a banana when you feel having hyperacidity can help too. It works for me. The other veggies that help too are okra, alugbati and saluyot.
Ginger is recommended.

Well, Moringa tree is a richest source of different nutrients like iron which helps to prevent in occurrence of anemia, which is more common issue. As regular use of moringa increases hemoglobin in the blood cells, which helps to increase the oxygen supply to brain and also to body parts which leads to activation of brain.

Raisins are supposed to lower blood pressure because they are rich in potassium. Same goes for bananas. Most forms of traditional medicine consider food an essential part of healing and illness prevention; but it's only in relatively recent times that Western medicine has started taking a serious look at the concept.
