You put Two Armies, or Two Fleets in a Phonebooth, give them a couple days and let them beat the living crap out of each other. It's that simple. |

I attacked someone but they have no troops or ships... so I have nothing to attack... seems like a good way of being in peace mode is to have no army... or am I missing something? |

There is no big red button? Apparently you deploy in the planet section by deploying clicking on the image. I kept going to deployments, as that seemed like a logical thing to do. Edited by Stukov, Jun 13 2009, 09:03 AM.

I understand not being able to deploy against someone who isnt in my era from another faction/alliance...but why does that stop me from deploying at someone in my alliance planet to help them out? |

It's not by era, it's 50% to 200% of your strength is the range you can deploy in. |

My strength: 9 His: 6 On trying to deploy I see this message: You may only deploy military to a planet that is in the same era as you. I dont know if this is a bug or not, but yea. |
